Yes. You can take individual bots without a package. Add them to your selection and send it as a request; we call within one business day to check it fits. Take several bots and bundle discounts apply to the subscription: 2 to 3 bots 10%, 4 or more 15%.
There is no online payment on this site. You build a selection and send it as a request. We call for 15 minutes first, then send a proposal, and only invoice once there is an agreement. We work exclusively with businesses (B2B); all amounts exclude 21% VAT.
Yes. Besides the one-off setup you pay a monthly subscription: €49–€995 per individual bot, depending on which one. That covers support, updates and changes up to 2 hours per month. Usage costs for AI, telephony and messaging are not included — those are always yours, at cost price and itemised. You can try your first bot for 30 days free of charge; after that the subscription is required for the first year and free to cancel afterwards. There is no automatic renewal: renew yourself and you get one month free. Take several bots and bundle discounts apply: 2 to 3 bots 10%, 4 or more 15% off the total subscription.
First a free 15-minute phone introduction (schedule it via WhatsApp). Then we visit you for a 2-to-3-hour on-site consult (€450–€850 — fully waived if you proceed). Within 5 days you receive a written proposal with a savings estimate in time and money, plus a phone walkthrough. On agreement, we come and sign the contract with you in person.
A single bot solves one task (e.g. collecting leads or sending invoices). A package is a complete, connected workflow where multiple bots work together — including integrations, onboarding and optimisation.
Often, yes. For admin we connect to Moneybird and Exact as standard, and for WhatsApp we use the official WhatsApp Business connection. If your system has an API, we can connect to it in most cases. During the on-site consult we look at your specific software and confirm what is possible — we do not promise up front what we cannot deliver.
Absolutely. We use enterprise-grade encryption, process data within the EU and are fully GDPR-compliant. Sensitive business data is never shared or reused for training.
Definitely. Many clients start with one bot and build up to a complete package. You only pay for what you need right now.
